OUTSIDE BOUNDARIES
Afin de remodeler un paysage visité pour qu’il s’aligne à mon imaginaire, le traitement digital a naturellement fait sens.
Digital photography has become the first choice to allow me to shape my imagination.
LIGHTBOX
My work is based on the link between the image, the space and the light.
I fragment the photographic image into several transparent layers. Printed on Plexiglas, I rebuild the image with space in between. The outdoor light or the led lights behind the image reveal the layers.
As the viewer walks around the piece, the images is moving and transforms. Only from one point can we see the sharp lines coming back together. I like to play around with the idea of perception.
